ROLE OVERVIEW
You will inspire, consult and guide clients toward business success through NOONIC's offering. You will be responsible for addressing customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the liaison between our clients and their customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Address customers' needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Consult with clients on how NOONIC's activities can help their business grow
- Manage a small team with the perspective in mind of growing the team
- Work closely with our team of growth hackers, marketers, and developers to deliver exceptional results
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in Accounting Management in Agencies / Consulting Firms with a track of record in selling and delivering projects in the Media / ADV / Digital Field
- Outstanding relational skills
- Proven Business Acumen
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative and unstructured environment
